Introduction

Hello everyone, myself and Willie are happy to invite you to participate in our first yoga retreat in Corfu šŸ‡¬šŸ‡·

This yoga retreat will be held at Villa Mamamia, a beautiful little bed & breakfast located in the hills of Corfu.

The yoga practices will depend on the time of the day (morning or evening) and will be a creative style (a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa) and some feel good stretching poses along with some pranayama (breathing) and mudras.

Willie is a Dutch woman who has travelled all her life. She is a dedicated mother and host and has a lot of stories to tell. Willie speaks Dutch, English, German, French and Hebrew

I also am a dedicated traveller, and I like simple yet magical experiences. This is why I decided to organise my very first yoga retreat in Corfu and more precisely at Villa Mamamia! I speak French, English, Spanish and a little Portuguese

WHEN

From the 22nd to the 27th of September 2025

Program (may undergo slight modifications)

Day 1: 

Arrivals + welcome drink

Free time to explore the property, get together and settle down

7pm: Light diner 

Day 3: 

8am - 9:15am: Power flow + Pranayama 

9:30am - 10:15am: Breakfast

10:30am - 2:30pm: Trip to Paleiokastrista Monastery + free time there

2:30pm - 4:30pm: Back home + free time

4:30pm - 5:30pm: Tea, biscuits & journaling 

5:30pm - 6:45pm: Reflexion time + getting ready for yoga 

7pm - 8:15pm: Gentle Hatha + chanting (Kirtan)

8:15pm: Retire

Day 2: 

8am - 9:15am: Morning Yoga + Pranayama 

9:30am - 10:15am: Breakfast

10:15am - 2pm: Free time

2:30pm - 5:30pm: Mirtiotissas beach 

6pm - 6:45pm: Back home + getting ready for yoga 

7:00pm - 8:15pm: Evening Yoga (flexibility) + meditation

8pm: Retire

Day 4: 

8am - 9:15am: Morning Yoga + Pranayama 

9:30am - 10:15am: Breakfast

11:00: Getting cakes and coffee

Afternoon at Notos beach

6:00pm: Reflexion time + getting ready for yoga at the beach

8:15pm: Retire

Day 5: 

8am - 9:15am: Morning Yoga + Pranayama 

9:30am - 10:15am: Breakfast

Afternoon on the north coast (mparmpati)

5:30pm - 6:45pm: Reflexion time + getting ready for yoga 

7pm - 8:15pm: Hatha & flexibility flow + meditation

9pm: Diner @Ladokolla

Day 6: 

9:15 - 10:45: Breakfast

This first yoga retreat was a true success. Life lessons alongside beautiful moments and encounters. Lovely words shared as well as energies.
